Where Tangier fits
Tangier belongs to the same administrative region as Al Hoceima and Chefchaouen, but it is a buyer's city. Verdex lists one seller here: Pharmacie Al Baraka, 2 Place de Koweït, an ANRAC-authorised outlet for CBD supplements and cosmetics.
How to read that single row
One pharmacy does not mean one pharmacy exists; it means one matched our data. Behind the counter, the Interior Minister's figures show 165 licensed operators holding 235 licences in 2025, 127 of them for transformation and 27 for commercialisation, as Hespress reported. Compare the address with ANRAC's list before travelling, and do not treat a dealer near the port as a legal alternative. Recreational sale is still a crime. The Law 13-21 explainer sets out what the reform did and did not legalise, and the Morocco hub collects the other cities.
