Pharmacie 2M is a pharmacy on Allée des Orangers in the Oukacha area of Casablanca. It appears on the public list of points of sale that ANRAC, Morocco's cannabis regulator, has authorized to sell licit cannabis products under Law 13-21 (entry 249, checked September 2026). That makes it part of the only legal retail channel for cannabis-derived goods in the country.
What it can sell is set by ANRAC: food supplements, cosmetics and foods made from licensed cannabis, 161 products in all by mid-July 2026 according to the regulator. Le Cannabiste, reporting ANRAC's figures, said supplements and foods are limited to 0.3% THC and cosmetics contain none detectable.
The ANRAC entry does not list the outlet's stock, so availability of any given product should be checked in store. Cannabis medicines were not yet in Moroccan pharmacies in July 2026, and no outlet may sell hashish, kif or flower.
