Pharmacie Central Rif is a pharmacy on Avenue Hassan II in Al Hoceima, capital of one of the three provinces where licensed cannabis is grown. It appears on the public list of points of sale that ANRAC, Morocco's cannabis regulator, has authorized to sell licit cannabis products under Law 13-21 (entry 152, checked September 2026). That makes it part of the only legal retail channel for cannabis-derived goods in the country.
ANRAC authorizes every product and every outlet in this channel. By mid-July 2026 it counted 161 authorized products: 71 food supplements, 73 cosmetics and 17 foods, mostly herbal teas. Supplements and foods are capped at 0.3% THC, according to ANRAC's July 2026 figures as reported by Le Cannabiste. Cannabis medicines had been registered but were not yet on pharmacy shelves.
