How cannabis is sold in Pattaya

In Pattaya the local risk is assuming a lounge with a games console is a licence to sell to anyone, and it is not.

What to check at the door

Ask for the prescription step first. LABS at 32 Pattaya 13 Alley sells flower in person only to adults 20 and over with a Thai prescription.
Read the round-the-clock claims. Weed Club Pattaya on Soi Pattaya 13/2 says it opens 24/7, and King Cannabis has a 24-hour warehouse shop. Long hours are a business choice, not proof of compliance.
Look for the paperwork. Weed Club Pattaya lists GACP-sourced flower with certificates of analysis. Ask to see them.
Count the quantity. A prescription is limited to a 30-day supply, per the Narcotics Control Board.
Skip online and roadside offers. Online sales, vending machines and sales near temples, parks or amusement venues are prohibited.

Soi 13, Jomtien and the navy notice

Two of the four register entries sit on the Soi 13 lanes near Beach Road. King Cannabis is on Thanon Chaiyaphruek in Jomtien, and Fairly Good Cannabis trades in central Pattaya. Enforcement is visible: city officials barred US Navy personnel from cannabis shops and pharmacies during the USS Abraham Lincoln port call of 2 to 6 September 2026, with about 3,000 sailors expected ashore.
