Wellford Clinics is an online medical cannabis clinic run by Wellford Medical Clinic Limited from an office on Buntsford Drive in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. Patients across the UK are seen by video rather than in person. The company is on the Care Quality Commission register as an independent doctor service; its current Bromsgrove location had not been inspected or rated when we checked in September 2026, and an earlier Twickenham home-office location is archived.
The route to a prescription runs in four steps:
- an online eligibility check;
- a video consultation with a specialist doctor;
- a prescription, which the clinic says is usually ready around four days after the appointment;
- next-day tracked delivery by Royal Mail from a partner pharmacy.
Pricing is at the low end of the UK market: the first consultation costs £20, memberships run from £5 to £20 a month, there are no separate prescription fees and one delivery a month is free. Medicines start at roughly £20 a week, and the clinic says it can prescribe from more than 200 products, including flower, oils, edibles, creams and vape cartridges. Its site lists conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, depression, endometriosis and insomnia; eligibility remains a specialist decision.
Public feedback is thin. Trustpilot showed only six reviews and a score of 3.2 in September 2026. Satisfied patients mention personal attention and a smooth process, while critics describe unanswered emails and calls, lost records and a limited product range.
