About Releaf

London-based online medical cannabis clinic, CQC-registered, with a linked GPhC-registered pharmacy in Wigan and a £39.99-a-month Releaf+ membership.

Releaf is a London-based online medical cannabis clinic that assesses adults across the UK by video and, when a specialist approves treatment, issues a private prescription for cannabis-based medicines. The operating company, Releaf Dispensary Clinics Ltd, is on the Care Quality Commission register as an independent doctor service. Its current registered location in Muswell Hill was added on 28 January 2026 and had not been inspected when we checked in September 2026. The GPhC register also lists a Releaf Pharmacy in Wigan, which the regulator describes as a dispensary closed to the public that mainly serves patients of a partner clinic; its November 2025 inspection found every standard met.

According to Wikipedia, Mason Soiza set the business up in 2022, and it raised funding in 2023 ahead of its commercial launch; Tim Kirby is chief executive. Releaf presents itself as a single platform covering the eligibility check, consultation, dispensing and home delivery.

  • Initial consultation: £29.99 when we checked (normally £99.99), refunded if cannabis is not prescribed.
  • Releaf+ membership: £39.99 a month, covering follow-ups, prescription charges, delivery, a physical Medical Cannabis Card and a legal support line.
  • Member prices: flower from £49.99 per 10 g and 30 ml of oil for £89.99.

The clinic's site lists areas such as chronic pain, mental health, sleep, neurological conditions and women's health, but whether a patient qualifies is a specialist decision. Releaf had the largest Trustpilot review count among the clinics we checked. Recent praise centers on attentive doctors, while low ratings mention DPD delivery failures, stock gaps and the cost of the membership model.
