Cantourage Clinic

Cantourage Clinic, which now presents itself online as Can° Clinic, is a medical cannabis clinic in Bethnal Green, east London. It is the UK patient-facing business of the Cantourage group, whose German company, founded in 2019, helps cannabis producers outside the EU meet European rules and distributes their products to medical markets. Cantourage Clinic Ltd was incorporated in March 2021, and its co-founders include chief executive Gabriel Newman.

The CQC rated the clinic Good in all five areas in a report published in December 2022, and a review in July 2023 found no reason to reassess. Consultants cover pain, psychiatry and neurology, and the clinic lists more than 40 conditions across pain, psychiatry, neurology, gastroenterology, oncology and palliative care.

• New patients: £99 onboarding with a free first consultation, then £29 check-ins at months 3, 6 and 9 (about £186 in year one).
• Transferring patients: £50 onboarding plus £29 check-ins.
• Repeat prescriptions are free every 28 days; canceling a prescription or adding an extra delivery costs £15.

Patients need a condition within the clinic's categories and evidence that conventional treatment has not worked, and GP records are reviewed at the start. After the first year, care settles into quarterly check-ins and an annual consultant review. On the Trustpilot profile for the cantourageclinic.com domain, reviewers regularly praise responsive staff and smooth transfers from other clinics, while the main complaint is stock running out. A second Trustpilot profile, for canclinic.com, has been removed by Trustpilot for breaching its guidelines.
