About Verkind
Verkind, formerly Treat It Clinic, is a CQC-registered online medical cannabis clinic in Coventry with a £9-a-month plan; rated Requires improvement.
Verkind is the new name of Treat It Clinic, an online medical cannabis service for chronic pain and mental health conditions that Kanabo Group launched in March 2023 through The GP Service (UK) Ltd. That company is still the provider on the CQC register, with a location at Coventry University Technology Park. In a report published at the end of March 2026, the CQC rated the service Requires improvement overall, with safety and leadership falling short and the other three areas rated Good.
All appointments take place over a secure video link with a GMC-registered specialist. The initial 30-minute assessment includes a review of the patient's Summary Care Record and a multidisciplinary team check. New patients need a follow-up about a month later, then reviews every six months once treatment is stable.
