CB1 Medical

CB1 Medical is a medical cannabis clinic in Leicestershire set up by NHS consultants, according to the company. CB1 Medical Ltd was incorporated in February 2022, and its current CQC registration, for an independent doctor service at an address in Hathern near Loughborough, dates from 22 January 2026. The CQC had not inspected or rated that location when we checked.

The clinic competes mainly on price. It charges one £50 initial consultation fee, refunded if a patient turns out to be ineligible, and says later check-ups, follow-ups and support are included for life. Veterans and patients switching from another clinic pay no consultation fee. CB1 estimates medicine at roughly £1.00–£2.50 a day for oils and £1.40–£2.80 a day for flower, depending on product and strength.

Conditions listed on its site include chronic pain, anxiety, depression, migraine, insomnia, endometriosis, PTSD, fibromyalgia, arthritis and sciatica. CB1 is a member of the Cannabis Industry Council and the Medical Cannabis Clinicians Society. Its Trustpilot profile is more divided than most: many recent reviewers like the low cost and quick registration, but almost a third of all ratings are one-star, frequently citing delivery failures and discharge without aftercare.
