Who covers the north?
NEGE is CHRA 006, with its northern point at 17 Pioneer Road, and describes itself as the first association to run two centres. Both centres fall under one permit and one monthly limit, so a member cannot draw 50 grams at each. Green Planet is CHRA 010 in Xemxija, lists hybrid, sativa, indica and a high-CBD range, and publishes no hours or street address.
What about Qawra and Bugibba?
Premier Green lists a site on Triq it-Tamar in Qawra, yet the registry names it under Żebbuġ, so confirm the site before travelling. Buying is for residents only, and tourists staying in the resort area have no legal route. The Xemxija point opened as a dispensary in July 2025 and lists a high-CBD category, useful for members who want less THC. Malta's overall rules are on the Malta hub.

Cannabis in San Pawl il-Baħar: questions
Which San Pawl il-Baħar association opened most recently?
Green Planet, whose distribution point opened on 6 July 2025 according to the association.
Can I collect from both NEGE centres?
Not beyond the monthly limit. Both centres fall under one permit, so the 7 g a day and 50 g a month caps apply to the member, not the site.
