About Premier Green

Premier Green is a Cannabis Harm Reduction Association registered with Malta's Authority for the Responsible Use of Cannabis as CHRA 023, with its registered locality in Ħaż-Żebbuġ. On its own website it lists two sites: 183 Mdina Road in Żebbuġ and Triq it-Tamar in Qawra.

Two details set it apart from many associations. First, it sets its own minimum age at 21, stricter than the legal minimum of 18. Second, it publishes its membership fee: €5 a month. Cannabis prices are not listed. Registration is online, or in person at either site, and members can opt in to a WhatsApp broadcast list.

Opening hours are 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, with two Sunday and public-holiday slots, 9 a.m. to noon and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The association describes its cannabis as grown under controlled conditions with a focus on safety, without naming strains or methods.

The legal limits apply as for every CHRA: residents only, up to 7 grams a day and 50 grams a month, no consumption on site and no advertising. For residents searching for a cannabis club in Żebbuġ or Qawra, Premier Green is one of the few with weekend and evening access. The ARUC registry shows only the Żebbuġ locality, so check that the Qawra site is operating before you go.
