About NEGE

ARUC-licensed cannabis association CHRA 006 with distribution points in St Paul's Bay and Żabbar; residents only, indoor-grown, lab-tested.

NEGE is licensed by ARUC as CHRA 006 and, according to the regulator, operates in both San Pawl il-Baħar and Żabbar. The association says it was set up in 2023 and describes itself as the first CHRA to run two distribution centres, one in the north of Malta and one in the south. Weed Map Malta gives the northern address as 17 Pioneer Road, St Paul's Bay.

What the association says about its supply:

Membership follows the national rules: Maltese ID or residence card, age 18+, a cap of 500 members per association, and a limit of 7 g a day and 50 g a month. Tourists cannot join. New members register online.

Cannabis Clubs Malta lists weekday hours of 10:00 to 19:00 and about six strains. We found no public reviews to summarise.

For members, the practical benefit of two centres is choice of pickup point. Both centres fall under the same permit and the same monthly limits, so a member cannot collect 50 g at each site. Membership registration is handled on the association's website.
