About Zoto
Online health platform whose Zoto Clinic prescribes medical cannabis through a CQC-registered Liverpool doctor service; £29 onboarding fee.
Zoto is a UK online health platform run by ZOTO Limited, registered in Thame, Oxfordshire. Besides medical cannabis it sells weight-loss, men's and women's health, skincare and aesthetics services. Cannabis prescribing is handled by Zoto Clinic, which the site says operates under The Medical Hub Group Limited in Wavertree, Liverpool. That location is on the Care Quality Commission register as an independent doctor service, registered in September 2023 and not yet inspected when we checked in September 2026.
The process has five stages:
- a free eligibility screen, which asks for a chronic condition and two treatments already tried;
- a short onboarding questionnaire with an NHS summary care record and photo ID;
- a 20-minute video consultation with a doctor;
- home delivery that must be signed for in person;
- a review after the first month, then quarterly check-ins.
Onboarding costs £29 and is refunded if the patient is not eligible. The site quotes prescriptions from £40 a month and medicine at £50 to £80 per 30-day supply, putting typical spending near £150 a month. It names chronic pain and psychiatric conditions such as anxiety, ADHD and insomnia as the most common reasons people apply.
Zoto's Trustpilot page held just eight reviews (4.0) in September 2026. Most praise helpful staff and quick delivery; one review calls the product ineffective and another mentions slow email replies.
