About Auravia Medical
Online medical cannabis clinic from GROW Group, prescribing through a CQC-registered Liverpool doctor service, with clinic fees from £30 per six months.
Auravia Medical is an online medical cannabis clinic owned by GROW Group Ltd, with its registered office in London and its prescribing done through The Medical Hub Group Limited on Queens Drive in Wavertree, Liverpool. That Liverpool service is on the CQC register as an independent doctor service; search results said it had not yet been inspected. Besides cannabis, Auravia offers ADHD assessments, medication reviews, doctor letters and a travel letter service.
Its fees are among the lowest we have recorded, charged per six months rather than monthly:
- £60 standard clinic fee for six months.
- £30 for people on an NHS waiting list, members of the Grow Access Project, or patients switching clinics.
- Extra appointments at £35 each; international travel service £200.
After a sign-up questionnaire and a specialist consultation, patients are reviewed at one month and then every three months. Formats listed include flower, oils, vape cartridges, pastilles and a topical cream, dispensed by registered UK pharmacies such as Pharmacy Space. The clinic lists areas such as chronic pain, sleep, anxiety and neurological conditions; prescribing depends on the specialist.
Public feedback is almost absent. Trustpilot showed a single review in September 2026, a one-star complaint about a week-long prescription delay and unanswered calls.
