About Zerenia Clinic
Zerenia is a CQC-rated Good medical cannabis clinic in London offering £15 initial consultations; sister company of the pain-focused Leva Clinic.
Zerenia Clinic is a London medical cannabis clinic that prescribes cannabis-based medicines for pain and psychiatric conditions once conventional options have been exhausted. The provider, Zerenia Clinics Limited, is registered with the CQC, and its location, The Wilbraham Practice in south-west London, was rated Good in all five areas in a report published in September 2022. Inspectors at the time noted psychiatry and chronic pain consultants, an active research focus, and both in-person and online appointments.
The group has changed since then. Zerenia merged with the online pain clinic Leva in September 2024, and Leva's website now shows Zerenia's CQC registration. In September 2026 Red White & Bloom Brands completed a deal giving it a controlling interest in HEAL Europe Holdings, the owner of Zerenia Clinics Limited and Leva HEAL Limited, according to the company's announcement.
- Eligibility check: free, and no GP referral is required.
- Initial consultation: £15; follow-ups from £79; repeat prescriptions £15.
- Medicine: the clinic estimates £2–£10 a day; a specialist pharmacy dispenses it and delivers within about seven days.
New patients first speak with a care coordinator and then see a doctor online. Zerenia says it has treated more than 20,000 patients worldwide, a figure that includes operations outside the UK. Its own Trustpilot profile is small and dormant, with six reviews and none in the past year, so there is little recent independent feedback; the linked Leva Clinic profile is more active.
