About Xeal Dispensary
Birmingham online pharmacy of Xeal Pharma, GPhC-registered (9011996), dispensing cannabis-based medicines to UK and Channel Islands patients.
Xeal Dispensary is the medical cannabis dispensing arm of Xeal Pharma Ltd, a Birmingham company that also makes bespoke unlicensed "specials" medicines. From a unit on the Vauxhall Trading Estate it fills private prescriptions for cannabis-based products and sends them to patients across the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands.
The premises are on the General Pharmaceutical Council register as number 9011996. The regulator's inspection history is mixed: an August 2024 visit found four standards not met, and a reinspection on 7 January 2025 rated all principles as met after the pharmacy revised its complaints process, added adverse event reporting and enrolled staff on accredited training. The GPhC notes that it serves CQC-registered clinics and holds MHRA registration and a Home Office licence.
- Patients are assessed and prescribed by a specialist at a private clinic.
- The clinic sends the prescription to Xeal, which says it processes and dispatches orders the same day in discreet packaging.
- A directory names Movianto as the courier and describes Xeal as the main dispensary for Releaf patients.
Xeal says it sources EU GMP-certified products from approved suppliers. Its site does not publish dispensing fees, product prices or opening hours, and we could not find a readable Trustpilot page, so independent patient feedback is limited.
