Dagenham distance-selling pharmacy and specials manufacturer, GPhC standards met in Feb 2026, dispensing private cannabis prescriptions by courier.
Specials Pharma is a pharmacy and manufacturer of unlicensed 'specials' medicines based in a business park in Dagenham, east London. Its premises are on the General Pharmaceutical Council register as 9011403. The GPhC inspected them on 26 February 2026 and found all standards met, as at the previous visit in August 2023. The report describes a distance-selling pharmacy that deals mainly in specific controlled drugs, dispenses private prescriptions only and supplies medicines as liquids, pastilles, dry flower and vapes by courier; the public cannot walk in.
Press coverage from 2019 describes a joint venture between IPS Specials and Grow Biotech that combined manufacturing and controlled-drug licences with cannabis expertise, which is the background to its move into this field. For patients the process is:

- The prescription is sent to Specials Pharma.

No prices are shown on its site. A directory lists phone hours of 10am to 4pm, closing at 3pm on Fridays, and APC as courier.
Trustpilot showed 3.0 from four reviews in September 2026 on an unclaimed profile. A January 2026 reviewer liked fast delivery and the range. Earlier reviews complain about delays, stock that disappeared after being confirmed, and patient details printed on outer packaging.
