Phlo Pharmacy

Phlo is a London-based digital pharmacy that handles NHS and private prescriptions online and delivers them to patients' homes. Its premises in a container park on Corbridge Crescent, Bethnal Green, are on the General Pharmaceutical Council register as 9011535. At its October 2023 inspection the GPhC found every standard met and noted that the site is closed to the public and receives most prescriptions electronically.

In July 2022 Phlo announced that it had become the dispensing and delivery partner of Leva Clinic, an online clinic focused on chronic pain, with product grown by Akanda and imported for Leva's patients. Phlo's business arm, Phlo Connect, also sells prescribing software to clinics. For a patient the order of steps is the usual one in the UK:

• Assessment and prescription by a specialist at a partner clinic.
• The electronic prescription is sent to Phlo.
• Phlo dispenses the medicine and sends it by courier with tracking; the 2022 announcement mentions same-day delivery in some areas.

We did not find a current medical cannabis page or price list on Phlo's site, so which clinics still route prescriptions there should be checked with the clinic.

On Trustpilot Phlo scored 4.2 from 6,204 reviews in September 2026. Most reviews concern general prescriptions and weight-loss medicines, not cannabis. People praise speedy delivery and helpful phone staff. Complaints cover the closure of its app, delayed or out-of-stock items without notice, and login problems.
