About Newgrove Pharmacy

Bromsgrove online pharmacy on the GPhC register that dispenses private cannabis prescriptions by home delivery; tiny, mostly negative Trustpilot profile.

Newgrove Pharmacy is a distance-selling pharmacy on a business park in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, that describes itself as specialising in dispensing medicinal cannabis. Its premises at 9-10 The Courtyard, Buntsford Drive are on the General Pharmaceutical Council register as 9011851. The GPhC report from its December 2023 inspection says it only dispenses private prescriptions and rates all five principles as met, while pointing out minor gaps in how errors were recorded and some delivery risks it had not yet addressed. The website names Therismos Ltd as owner and gives the superintendent pharmacist's GPhC number.

Newgrove does not prescribe. The steps it sets out are:

Get a prescription from a UK doctor on the GMC Specialist Register, usually through a private clinic.
Register with the pharmacy and verify your identity.
Arrange for the original prescription to reach the pharmacy and pay for the order.
Receive the medicine by home delivery.

No prices or delivery times are published on the site. Phones are staffed on weekdays, 9am to 12:30pm and 1pm to 5pm.

Public feedback is thin: Trustpilot showed 2.9 from three reviews in September 2026. One mid-2025 reviewer rated it the best of several pharmacies they had tried for flower. The other two complain about dry flower and missing humidity packs across many orders, and about a flower batch they believed was mouldy for which no refund was given.
