Medical Rehabilitation is a small private practice in Taunton, Somerset, run by MedicalRehabilitation Ltd and led by Dr Andrew Bradford, a consultant in rehabilitation medicine who also works for other UK cannabis clinics. It is on the Care Quality Commission register at St John's Physiotherapy Practice, 4 St Johns Road, where it was registered in August 2023; it had not been inspected when we checked in September 2026.

Unlike the subscription-style online clinics, it combines medical cannabis with conventional prescribing, psychotherapy and biowave neuromodulation. Appointments happen remotely, with face-to-face visits in Taunton available on request. The practice lists conditions such as chronic pain, spasticity in multiple sclerosis, chemotherapy-related nausea and treatment-resistant epilepsy; whether cannabis is suitable is decided at consultation.

Prescriptions cover one month at a time and are sent to a pharmacy the patient chooses, so medicine costs depend on that pharmacy. The clinic has no Trustpilot page. Feedback we found comes from the doctor's own profiles: testimonials on the clinic site and a Top Doctors listing describe an attentive, knowledgeable specialist, but we saw no independent negative feedback to weigh against them.
