Lyphe Clinic

Lyphe Clinic is an online medical cannabis clinic based in Farnborough, Hampshire, and the prescribing arm of Lyphe Group, which also runs Lyphe Dispensary. It traded as The Medical Cannabis Clinics until it took the Lyphe name in December 2022. Search results citing a Tilray filing and trade press report that Tilray Brands acquired Lyphe Group in April 2026, and in August 2026 Tilray announced a direct-to-patient launch of its Tilray Medical products through Lyphe Clinic and Lyphe Dispensary.

Lyphe Clinic Ltd is registered with the CQC. The Farnborough location was rated Good in all five areas in November 2022, after an earlier Requires improvement rating; inspectors noted nine consultants across psychiatry, pain and neurology and suggested clearer information for patients about medicine delays.

The journey starts with a free online eligibility check, followed by a video call with a specialist, prescription approval and an order from the patient's chosen pharmacy, with a patient advisor for ongoing questions. Lyphe says patients must already have tried other treatments and excludes anyone diagnosed with psychosis or schizophrenia. Its condition categories include pain, psychiatric, neurological, gastrointestinal, palliative care and women's health, and it serves the UK and the Channel Islands. Trustpilot reviewers often mention quick appointments and repeat prescriptions, but recent low scores focus on supply interruptions.
