About Leva Clinic
Leva Clinic is an online chronic pain clinic offering £15 initial consultations and medical cannabis care plans; part of Zerenia and its CQC registration.
Leva Clinic is an online clinic for people living with persistent pain, combining specialist video consultations, a digital pain management program and, where appropriate, prescriptions for cannabis-based medicines. On its Trustpilot profile it calls itself the UK's first CQC-registered online clinic for persistent pain. Leva originally held its own registration through IASO Ltd, which the CQC rated Good, with Outstanding for well-led, in 2022; that registration was archived on 5 March 2026.
Leva merged with Zerenia in September 2024 and the two still trade as separate brands. Its website now carries Zerenia Clinics Limited's copyright and links to Zerenia's CQC-registered location, and in September 2026 Red White & Bloom Brands took a controlling interest in the group's holding company.
- Registration: free, with a no-charge introductory meeting before the paid consultation.
- Initial consultation: £15; the clinic estimates medical cannabis at roughly £150 a month.
- Care team: pain specialists plus physiotherapists, psychologists and nurses.
According to its FAQ, patients must be 18 or over, have had pain for more than three months, and show that it has not improved despite the best evidence-based NHS treatment. People who are pregnant or breastfeeding are excluded, and anyone with a history of psychosis may need a psychology assessment first. Leva lists more than 20 pain conditions, including back pain, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, CRPS and neuropathic pain, and says over 3,000 patients have joined. Trustpilot reviewers mostly praise knowledgeable clinicians and the admin team; negative reviews describe prescription delays, poor stock updates and missed appointments.
