Botanical Health Dispensary

Botanical Health Dispensary is an independent medical cannabis pharmacy in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, that dispenses private prescriptions from any clinic or specialist and delivers them across the UK. It is run by MHC Dispensary Ltd and led by pharmacist Caroline Harvey, who also heads the team at Leyes Lane Pharmacy in Kenilworth. The business grew out of the 2018 effort to secure medical cannabis for Alfie Dingley: Caroline worked with his mother, campaigner Hannah Deacon, and the pharmacy says Leyes Lane dispensed the first legal NHS prescription of that kind of cannabis medicine for him that year.

The current premises joined the GPhC register in January 2026 (premises 9013028) and met every standard at their first routine inspection on 5 August 2026. The GPhC describes a delivery-only pharmacy, closed to the public, that works with CQC-registered clinics and sends medicines by courier.

• Process: email to start an order and send an electronic copy, then post the original prescription; the team confirms availability, price and delivery before dispatch.
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 3 pm, Friday 9 am to 1 pm.

Its refund policy follows pharmacy law: dispatched medicine cannot be returned for a refund unless it is faulty or not as described. Trustpilot feedback is limited but mostly warm, with reviewers praising communication, careful packaging and fair prices, including one who switched from a larger rival. Recent complaints concern an order canceled over supplier delays and unwanted marketing emails.
