Bangkok cannabis dispensaries: 10 listed, and what may leave Thailand

Whatever you buy in Bangkok has to stay in Thailand. Since June 17, 2026 Thai Customs has fined cannabis smugglers 30,000 baht per kilogram on top of Customs Act penalties of up to ten years in prison, the UK's National Crime Agency said on July 8, 2026. A PT33 prescription covers purchase and possession inside the country only.

Verdex lists 10 Bangkok outlets, none marked verified, because a prescription-based sale cannot be confirmed from a register. They include Cloud Nine near Asok, Kush House at the Holiday Inn on Sukhumvit Soi 22 and Siam Green Cannabis Co beside EmQuartier.

By BTS line: Sukhumvit, Silom and Ramkhamhaeng

The Sukhumvit corridor holds most outlets: Cloud Nine between Soi 15 and 17, Mary Jane near Nana, High Thai Club on Sukhumvit 33 and HighCraft on Ratchadaphisek Road. Silom has Cannabis Kingdom on Convent Road, and CANABANGKA runs a farm dispensary in Ramkhamhaeng in Bang Kapi. Several profiles mention a lounge, a rooftop or a smoking garden; since licence rules tightened in 2026, ask before you go whether on-site smoking is still offered. Ask each counter which licence it holds: the May 2026 rules reported by Khaosod English limit licences to registered medical facilities, pharmacies and herbal medicine shops.

  • What to check: a displayed licence and a practitioner's assessment before purchase; see the licensed-shop checklist.
  • Leaving Thailand: read the customs fine report; even leftover flower in a bag counts as export.
  • Visitor rules: the wider rules are in our Thailand tourist guide.
