Cloud Nine is a Bangkok cannabis dispensary owned by Panthera Group. The flagship sits at 221 Sukhumvit Road, between Soi 15 and 17, a short walk from BTS Asok and Terminal 21, and opens 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. A second shop at 178 Surawong Road in Bang Rak opens 11 a.m. to 1 a.m.

The company says it complies with DTAM rules for Thai Traditional Medicine: cannabis is handed over only to customers holding a valid prescription from a TTM doctor, and licensed practitioners at the shop write those prescriptions without a separate charge. Sales happen in person only, for adults aged 20 and over. You can browse the menu online, but you cannot buy there. The site also mentions delivery; Verdex could not confirm how that fits the prescription rules.

The shelves carry flower, homemade edibles and accessories. Directory listings describe the Asok shop as pairing a retail counter with prescription services, and a Bangkok guide notes its lobby-style interior and certificates of analysis on display.

Panthera Group also lists the Mary Jane dispensaries in Nana and Patpong in its portfolio. Dispensary Thailand shows the Asok shop at 4.9 stars from roughly 1,600 Google reviews; Verdex could not read individual reviews for this profile.
