About Greenhead Clinic
Thai traditional medicine cannabis clinic chain with a Khaosan Road branch in Bangkok; consultations and prescription-based dispensing.
Greenhead Clinic is a Thai traditional medicine clinic brand that focuses on cannabis and hemp, with its most visible branch on Tanao Road beside Bangkok's Khaosan Road. The business is run by The Greenroom Co., Ltd., whose head office is in Bangkok's Taling Chan district, and it describes itself as offering clinic services, pharmaceutical-style products, export, consulting and a cultivation network.
The clinic model matters under the current rules. Since June 26, 2025, cannabis flower in Thailand can be dispensed only against a PT33 prescription from a recognized practitioner, for no more than 30 days' supply. A ministerial regulation that took effect on May 1, 2026 goes further, tying new and renewed sales licences to hospitals, pharmacies, herbal product sellers and traditional healers, with trained staff on site whenever the premises is open. A Thai traditional medicine clinic already sits inside that framework.
Third-party directories list the Khaosan Road branch as open daily from noon until 1 a.m. and describe consultations with practitioners, cannabis flower, oils and cosmetics. Earlier coverage counted 21 branches across Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai and Pattaya; the company's own site now refers to five branches in major tourist areas, so check the branch list before you travel.
For anyone searching for a cannabis clinic on Khaosan Road, Greenhead is one of the longest-established names in the area. Bring a passport, expect a consultation before any purchase, and remember that smoking in public remains an offense.
