Kannabia Seed Company lists a post office box at 18210 Peligros, in the province of Granada, and has traded since 2009. The register calls it a seed bank selling feminised, autoflowering and CBD-rich seeds, with distributors abroad.
Are cannabis seeds legal to buy in Spain?
The company sells them as collection seeds for personal use. It also says a ruling of the Andalusian High Court of Justice annulled administrative fines that the regional government had imposed on the sector, according to its own blog, which I could not check against the judgment. Treat that as the company's account.
Can I collect a parcel in Peligros?
