A grow shop with a Barcelona street name
Verdex lists La Huerta Grow Shop, sold as a shop and online store for seeds, indoor kits, vaporizers and CBD, at Travessera de les Corts, 48 Bajos. That street name is best known from Barcelona's Les Corts district, right across the boundary, so confirm the address on the shop's own site before travelling. The register names no club, though local reporting has counted more than a dozen in the city, and that number is not verified here.
The Constitutional Court held that the regional cannabis law intruded on state criminal powers (article 149.1.6 of the Constitution), which is why a council plan regulates premises but cannot make sales lawful. Street-use fines are covered in the Spain fines guide, and the Catalonia page tracks the regional picture.
Cannabis in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat: questions
Does L'Hospitalet allow cannabis clubs?
The council approved a special plan in June 2016 setting technical conditions for premises and a 200 m distance from schools, hospitals and primary care centres. The plan regulates where a club may sit, not whether the activity is lawful under state law.
Is the Verdex shop a club?
No. It is listed as a grow shop and online store, so it sells equipment, seeds and CBD, not cannabis for consumption.
