About Canna Cabana

High Tide's discount cannabis chain, founded in Calgary, with about 230 stores in Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and B.C. and a price-beat policy.

Canna Cabana is the cannabis retail chain of Calgary-based High Tide Inc., which trades on Nasdaq and the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol HITI. The company traces its roots to Smoker's Corner, a Calgary head shop that opened in 2009, and it now describes itself as Canada's largest non-franchised cannabis retail chain. Its store locator listed 233 locations in September 2026 (106 in Ontario, 93 in Alberta, 14 in Saskatchewan, 12 in Manitoba and 8 in British Columbia), up from 199 stores that High Tide reported in May 2025.

The chain competes mainly on price. A free Cabana Club membership unlocks member pricing, a paid ELITE tier adds flash sales and other perks, and a "price beat" policy promises to match a lower price at a legal brick-and-mortar store within 5 km and then take off another 5%. Stores sell flower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, edibles, beverages, oils, capsules and topicals, along with a large range of glassware and accessories that includes the company's own lines.

In Calgary, Canna Cabana runs express same-day delivery from a central location between noon and 7 p.m. for a flat $9.99, half price for ELITE members. A representative store is 14th Street at 2719 14th Street SW, open 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily and listed on the AGLC licensee register. Trustpilot reviewers rate the chain 3.6 out of 5 across 142 reviews: many praise friendly staff and membership savings, while others report membership-sync glitches and price-match disputes.
