- Have the paper first. Dispensing needs an Israeli prescription from a trained specialist in a health fund or public hospital, valid for ten conditions since the April 2024 reform, or a Yakar licence from the ministry's Medical Cannabis Unit for chronic pain or PTSD. Nothing here sells against an ID card alone.
- Read the delivery flag. In the ministry dataset updated on 27 August 2026, Telepharma Ad HaBayit is one of only seven entries marked for delivery, with a note that home delivery is free. The name translates as "Telepharma to your home".
- Treat the street as a starting point. The register gives Tulipman Street 7. Verdex could not confirm hours or a website, so phone before making a trip to collect.
- Widen the search if stock is thin. The list held 423 entries in August 2026, and a licence is honoured at any authorized pharmacy, so a Tel Aviv branch about eight kilometres north is a fallback.
Why does a delivery pharmacy matter in a city this size?
Because the register lists no other cannabis counter in Rishon LeZion, and a patient without a car is choosing between this one pharmacy and a courier from elsewhere. Flower made up 94 percent of dispensing in March 2025, according to a 2025 academic review, and the same review put flower at 15 to 39 shekels a gram across the market. Those are national figures.
