How cannabis is sold in Donostia-San Sebastián
San Sebastián lies some twenty kilometres from the French border at Irun, and the only cannabis business we list here is a seed bank, not a club.
- Identify the legal entity. Dinafem Seeds is the trade name of Pot Sistemak S.L., a breeder with feminised, autoflowering and CBD-rich lines. The register gives no street address.
- Read the site's own disclaimer. Our record of the firm's own site statement about what it was selling is incomplete, so read the current text before ordering.
- Separate seeds from clubs. Spain never passed a national club regime, and regional attempts failed: the Constitutional Court overturned Navarre's law in December 2017 and Catalonia's in 2018.
- Mind the border. Cannabis crossing into France falls under French law, which is stricter. Public consumption in Spain is fined from 601 euros under the 2015 public-safety law, so a seed bank changes nothing about where you may use anything.
What the court rulings left
