About Cannacolonia (Apotheke Friesentor)
Cologne pharmacy on Hohenzollernring dispensing medical cannabis as Cannacolonia; poor Trustpilot score (2.2 from 23) over slow service.
Cannacolonia is the medical cannabis brand of Apotheke Friesentor at Hohenzollernring 52 in central Cologne, owned by Kaveh Moghaddamzadeh (Amtsgericht Köln, HRA 34862). The imprint names the Cologne health department as supervisory authority and the North Rhine Chamber of Pharmacists as professional body. It lists opening hours of Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00.
Prescriptions arrive directly or through telemedicine partners; one reviewer ordered through Bloomwell and had the medicine shipped within two working days. Patients in Cologne can also collect at the Ring location.
The review picture is poor. Trustpilot showed 2.2 out of 5 from 23 reviews in September 2026, with about 79 percent one-star ratings. Reviewers from March to September 2026 describe waits far longer than at competing pharmacies, prescriptions with no response for days, little or no communication and, in one July 2026 case, a double charge that was still not refunded a week later. A handful of positive reviews from June and July 2026 mention two-day processing and good packaging, with one small complaint about slightly dry flower.
- Central Cologne location on the Ring
- Short weekday-only hours
Pickup in Cologne would remain possible if bill 21/3061 ends mail order of flower.
