Higarden, at Poděbradská 1099/166 in Prague's Hloubětín district, lists complete sets for growing three plants, and three plants is exactly the legal ceiling since January 1, 2026. Under Act No. 270/2025 Coll., adults aged 21 or over may grow up to three cannabis plants at a property they own or have the right to use and keep up to 100 g of dried cannabis there, or 25 g in public. The shop also runs an online store of more than 6,000 products. Selling grow gear is one thing; the harvest is another: selling or giving away cannabis remains a crime.

The bands are reported by Expats.cz and Magazín Konopí, which puts the fine for the offence band at up to CZK 50,000. The plant count and the weight limit are separate tests, so a good harvest from three plants can still exceed 100 g.
- Count plants, not pots. The law does not define when a seedling becomes a plant; the cautious reading counts every rooted plant.
- Weigh after drying. The limits apply to dried material.
- Do not share the surplus. Supplying another person is illegal even without payment, and clubs are not legal.
- Mind your lease. A rental home counts, but a landlord can set conditions in the contract.
