What Verdex lists
Cilo Cybin at The Point Office Park, 23 Sterling Road, makes cannabinoid active ingredients and contract products under SAHPRA licence 0000000001MC, and supplies GMP isolates and distillates to local and international customers. It is a manufacturer, so a consumer cannot buy from it. Gauteng holds the largest share of SAHPRA licensees, which is why a Centurion business park can host a licence holder. Note that the JSE listing belongs to the holding company, a SPAC, while the pharmaceutical business is its acquisition target; the two are easy to conflate.
