About Hanf Residence CBD Shop

Hanf Residence CBD Shop in Meidling (Wilhelmstraße 58, 1120 Vienna), licensed by the MVG to sell hemp flowers until end-2028.

Hanf Residence CBD Shop is a CBD shop at Wilhelmstraße 58 in Meidling, Vienna's 12th district. It appears on the Monopolverwaltung's list of licensed hemp shops dated June 18, 2026, the official register of shops still allowed to sell smokable hemp flowers after Austria placed them under the tobacco monopoly.

That licence is the key fact for buyers. Only shops that were already trading mainly in legal hemp flowers on January 10, 2025, the day the Supreme Administrative Court's ruling was published, could apply, and only 23 locations nationwide were on the June 2026 list. A licensed shop must buy its flowers from licensed wholesalers, which set the retail price, and may sell them until December 31, 2028.

Verdex could not verify an official website or opening hours for this shop, so check before you travel. It is one of the few licensed counters in the south-west of the city; the nearest alternatives are the Trafiken, which can all sell monopoly hemp.
