Hanf Mann CBD Shop

Hanf Mann CBD Shop trades from three Vienna addresses that all appear on the Monopolverwaltung's list of licensed hemp shops of June 18, 2026: Hernalser Hauptstraße 79A (1170), Reinprechtsdorfer Straße 44 (1050) and Wallensteinstraße 56 (1200). Each licence is held by a different operator, SP Hanf OG in Hernals, a sole proprietor in Margareten and Potio e.U. in Brigittenau, so the shops share a name rather than a single licence.

Directory listings describe the Hernals shop as a head and grow shop selling CBD flowers, CBD oil, cuttings, seeds and smoking accessories. The licence matters for one product group: smokable hemp flowers with at most 0.3% THC, which Austria moved into the tobacco monopoly after the Supreme Administrative Court's November 2024 ruling. Licensed shops may sell them until December 31, 2028, sourced from licensed wholesalers at wholesaler-set prices.

Cuttings and seeds are legal to sell in Austria, but growing a plant to harvest THC flowers is a criminal offense under §27 SMG; do not expect cultivation advice. With three locations in the 5th, 17th and 20th districts, Hanf Mann is the most widespread licensed name in Vienna outside the city center.
