FAI Therapeutics (Ferraz Lynce / Satalliv)

FAI Therapeutics is the medical cannabis venture of a privately owned Portuguese pharmaceutical group whose oldest company, Ferraz Lynce, dates from 1924. It combines three businesses: Agrovete, a cereal-seed producer with farms in Alentejo and Ribatejo that handles cultivation; Iberfar, which runs an EU-GMP manufacturing site near Lisbon; and Ferraz Lynce, which registers, promotes and distributes medicines in Portugal. The group's patient-facing products are the Satalliv oral solutions.
