Trulieve, the Florida-founded multi-state operator, runs medical marijuana dispensaries across Pennsylvania. Several came from earlier brands: the South Philadelphia store appears on Leafly under its former Keystone Shops profile, and the DOH list now names the Squirrel Hill store at 5600 Forward Ave. as Trulieve, although older Leafly listings still carry the Solevo Wellness name for that address.

The South Philadelphia store at 300 Packer Ave. sits just southwest of the Delaware and Schuylkill Expressway interchange, has a parking lot and is useful for anyone looking for a dispensary in South Philly. Its Leafly profile says it opened in July 2019, and DOH shows product available from July 26, 2019. It opens 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday. The Pittsburgh North Shore store at 200 Federal St. keeps the same hours, per Leafly. DOH also lists Trulieve stores on S. Broad St. and Arch St. in Philadelphia and in Cranberry Township and Washington near Pittsburgh.

Patients need a Pennsylvania medical marijuana ID card. The Packer Ave. listing names extracts, tinctures, flower, capsules, vapes, RSO and lotions, and reviewers say online orders are ready quickly.

Packer Ave. averages 4.9 on 301 Leafly reviews, with steady praise for friendly, knowledgeable staff. Reviews of the North Shore store are few (3.8 on three reviews) and include a 2024 complaint questioning strain quality and labeling.
