About The Marihuana Club Kirchdorf e.V.
One of Bavaria's first three licensed cannabis clubs, in Kirchdorf (Freising district); members 21+, pre-registration online.
The Marihuana Club Kirchdorf e.V. (TMC) is one of the first three cannabis cultivation associations Bavaria approved. The Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety (LGL) granted the permits in April 2025, after the state had held back approvals for about a year; the health ministry said it acted because the law left it no choice. The club sits in Kirchdorf an der Amper in Freising district, north of Munich, at Münchner Straße 3.
TMC sets a higher minimum age than the law: members must be 21 or older, and residence in Germany is required. Joining starts with a non-binding online pre-registration for its 500 places, and membership is completed in person at the club with identity checks. Fees are published in a fee schedule on the site and, the club says, are only charged after full registration. The club lists office hours on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 17:30 to 20:00 and Saturday from 16:00 to 19:00.
Distribution happens only in person at the club, with documented checks and no mail delivery. The club also stresses youth protection, member education and community events.
