The Grass Company runs four coffeeshops in North Brabant: two in Tilburg (Spoorlaan 360 and Piusstraat 124) and two in 's-Hertogenbosch (Emmaplein 24-A and Maastrichtseweg 70). The flagship on Spoorlaan combines the shop with a restaurant, a bar, board games and events; it is open Monday to Thursday and on Sunday from 10:00 to 23:00 and on Friday and Saturday until midnight, with the seating area opening at 11:00.
The two cities work under different rules. Tilburg is one of the ten municipalities in the national controlled-supply experiment, and every coffeeshop there must take part, so since 7 April 2025 the Tilburg shops may sell only cannabis from government-designated growers, in sealed, neutral packaging. The company's own site did not mention the experiment when checked in September 2026. 's-Hertogenbosch is not a participating municipality, so its two shops remain under the ordinary tolerance policy.
House rules are strict and posted online. Everyone must show valid ID (passport, ID card, driving license or residence permit are accepted), nobody under 18 may enter even briefly, each person may buy at most 5 grams a day, and the cannabis is not meant to be taken abroad. The venues are completely alcohol-free and tobacco-free; tobacco substitutes are allowed. Anyone using the seating area must order food or a drink, and a cannabis purchase does not count.
The Spoorlaan shop averaged 4.4 stars from about 2,500 Google reviews in September 2026. Fans of this coffeeshop in Tilburg praise helpful budtenders, the building, food and events; critics mostly object to the tobacco ban and drink rule, door staff, and in some 2026 reviews the quality of the flower.
