About Sunburn Cannabis

Sunburn Cannabis, the former MedMen Florida business, runs medical dispensaries in Fort Lauderdale and Orlando with statewide delivery (MMTC-2017-0012).

Sunburn Cannabis is the brand Green Sentry Holdings launched after buying MedMen's Florida medical marijuana license, cultivation facility in Eustis and dispensaries for $63 million. Former MedMen stores in Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando and other cities reopened under Green Sentry on August 26, 2022. The Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) lists the license as Sunburn, MMTC-2017-0012, with dispensing authorization, and counted 15 Sunburn dispensing locations in September 2026.

The Fort Lauderdale store at 2949 N. Federal Hwy. in Coral Shores is the most reviewed. In Orlando, a store operates at 11551 University Blvd. Both addresses match OMMU's facility search. Sunburn's Leafly listing advertises next-day statewide delivery with a $49 minimum. Its website structured data shows 9 a.m. to 8:45 p.m. daily, but Leafly lists a different, older schedule, so confirm hours before visiting.

As with all Florida MMTCs, customers need an active Florida registry card and a physician order. Reviewers mention flower and concentrates.

Fort Lauderdale averages 4.9 on 68 Leafly reviews and Orlando 4.9 on 23, with many 2023 reviews thanking individual budtenders and describing quick pickups. Negative comments are few but specific: in November 2024 a customer said accumulated rewards points disappeared overnight, and in September 2024 an Orlando reviewer reported a week of unavailable delivery windows.
