Seed & Smith is a vertically integrated cannabis company in northeast Denver that grows, extracts, packages and sells its own products. Its founders came together in early 2014 and converted a former forklift factory into a production campus that is open to the public, and Colorado's licensee list shows the company holding cultivation, product-manufacturing, retail and medical store licenses.

The on-site store at 5070 Oakland St. works as an outlet for the house brand. • Free, 45 minutes, adults 21+ only; space is limited.
• Thursday to Monday at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. (no 6 p.m. tour Sunday; no 4 or 6 p.m. tour Monday).
• Stops cover grow rooms, extraction, harvesting, trimming and packaging; the company says it handles more than 150 pounds of flower a week.
