The pharmacy says it has held INVIMA certification in Good Elaboration Practices (BPE) since April 2021. That certification lets it make non-sterile magistral formulas derived from cannabis, such as oily solutions and ointments. In Colombia this is the main legal route for THC-containing cannabis medicines: a physician prescribes a specific formula and dose, and a BPE-certified pharmacy registered with the national narcotics fund compounds it.
