Clínica Zerenia is a medical cannabis clinic in Bogotá run by the Khiron group, whose head office is also in the city. It combines medical consultations with its own pharmaceutical service, Droguería Zerenia, which handles prescriptions for magistral (compounded) preparations made with cannabis derivatives.
In September 2026 the clinic's locations page listed one site, Zerenia Parkway at Calle 41 # 20-39 in Barrio La Soledad, with patient services and the pharmacy counter open Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Earlier press coverage described several Zerenia sites in Bogotá, but only Parkway appeared on the current page. Appointments are arranged through the clinic's national WhatsApp line.
The pharmacy page explains how dispensing works. Patients bring the prescription, and EPS members also bring the MIPRES authorization. Members of the Famisanar and Mutual Ser health insurers have their entitlements checked on the insurer's platform and are told what they must pay. Private patients, including those prescribed by outside doctors, file the prescription and pay. Preparations can be collected in person or sent to the patient's home after a signed authorization.
