About House Of Dankness
Medical and adult-use dispensary at 10555 E 45th Ave, northeast Denver; open 9am–10pm daily; MED license 402R-00044; Leafly 4.8 (333).
House of Dankness is a medical and recreational dispensary at 10555 East 45th Avenue in northeast Denver (80239). Colorado's MED register lists the store under retail license 402R-00044, held by RD Industries II LLC. Directory listings connect the shop to the Rare Dankness Genetics line and describe it as a combined grow, extraction and retail operation.
Its Leafly profile is busy: 333 ratings with a 4.8 average. Reviews from summer 2026 lean on service. Shoppers name specific budtenders, mention quick checkouts and say the store feels safe, and a few add that the flower has improved lately. The clearest dissent came in June 2026 from a long-time medical patient who felt quality had slipped and missed the low-cost popcorn buds that used to fit a fixed budget.
