About Herbery (Schmargendorfer Apotheke)

Berlin-Schmargendorf pharmacy trading as Herbery, shipping medical cannabis nationwide; Trustpilot 3.4 from 60 reviews.

Herbery is the cannabis brand of Schmargendorfer Apotheke at Breite Straße 13 in Berlin's Schmargendorf district, owned by Marcel Neumann e.K. (Amtsgericht Charlottenburg, HRA 20120 B). The imprint names the Berlin State Office for Health and Social Affairs (LAGeSo) as supervisory authority and the Berlin Chamber of Pharmacists as professional body.

Patients upload a digital prescription or mail a paper one to a Herbery post-office box, then choose delivery or collection. The team is reachable by phone Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00. Comparison sites highlight nationwide shipping and digital prescription upload.

Reviews are mixed. Trustpilot showed 3.4 out of 5 from 60 reviews in September 2026. Satisfied regulars describe same-day processing, fresh products, good prices and familiar staff. The critical reviews concern service when something goes wrong: an August 2026 reviewer felt their concerns were brushed off, a June 2026 reviewer waited without updates, and two 2025 reviewers describe a missing parcel and an empty one, with slow or no help and a contact form that failed before the DHL claim deadline.
