Herbal Wellness Center

Herbal Wellness Center operates two Phoenix dispensaries, West at 4126 W Indian School Road and North at 1720 E Deer Valley Drive, and lists several stores in Ohio under the same name. In the ADHS AZ Care Check register, the West store holds an active marijuana establishment license, originally issued in January 2021 when adult-use sales began, and an active medical dispensary license, both valid to August 2028. The register lists daily hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

With more than 10,000 Leafly reviews averaging about 4.7, the West store is one of the most reviewed dispensaries in the state. The recent reviews we read are overwhelmingly positive. Customers describe consistent flower quality over years of visits, strong deals and prices, staff who helped with online orders and security guards who made them feel safe. One reviewer calls it one of Arizona's original dispensaries, and another said the store made up for an incident that was the customer's own fault.

Both recreational customers aged 21 and over and registered medical patients can shop here; medical patients pay no 16% state excise tax on qualifying purchases from dual licensees. For people searching for a dispensary on Indian School Road or a medical dispensary in west Phoenix, Herbal Wellness Center is a licensed, long-running option. We did not find negative themes in the sample we read, which may partly reflect the volume of short positive reviews on the platform. The company's founding year was not stated on the pages we opened.
