About URB'N Dispensary

Newark dispensary on South St. serving adult-use and medical customers, with delivery and a CRC-endorsed on-site consumption area.

URB'N Dispensary is a cannabis retailer at 378 South St. in Newark's Ironbound area, and one of the few New Jersey stores where adults can legally consume on site. The Cannabis Regulatory Commission's posted license certificate shows URB'N holding Annual Class 5 Retailer license RE000692 and a separate consumption-area endorsement (RE000692-CA0004). The CRC's permitted-business list also names URB'N among medicinal dispensing permit holders in Newark, and the store's own site offers both recreational and medical menus.

The website advertises weed delivery alongside in-store shopping, and its menu covers flower, pre-rolls, vaporizers, concentrates, edibles, tinctures, topicals, accessories and merchandise. Leafly lists hours of 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, until 2 a.m. on Friday, until midnight on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday; confirm lounge hours separately before planning a visit.

URB'N has about 82 Leafly reviews averaging close to 5 stars, many from 2025 and 2026. Customers praise punctual delivery with good communication, reasonable prices, a strong edible and flower selection and a relaxed third-anniversary party in 2026. For people searching for a dispensary in Newark or a cannabis consumption lounge in New Jersey, it is a verifiable licensed option. Note that the certificate we saw showed a retailer expiration date of August 2, 2026; the CRC list still showed the business in September 2026.
