Sativa Care is a Mexico City health practice run by Grupo Sativa Health S.A. de C.V. from offices on Avenida Ejército Nacional in Polanco. It says it has worked since 2018 with the endocannabinoid system to give patients, doctors and organizations access to cannabinoid-based care, and it offers consultations in person and online.
Its main service is an initial integral consultation priced at MXN 1,500. The site describes a session of about 90 minutes combining medical history, psychological, nutritional and self-care assessments, ending with a recommended treatment and health plan. It also lists nutrition and mental-health consultations, education for health professionals and a referral route for doctors.
Sativa Care publishes a free step-by-step guide to requesting a COFEPRIS authorization for personal cannabis use, the permit that became available after the Supreme Court's 2021 declaration of unconstitutionality. The guide warns that COFEPRIS appointments in Mexico City are scarce. Those permits cover self-cultivation and personal use only; they do not allow buying cannabis from anyone.
