Right Medicine Pharmacy is an independent group of community pharmacies in Scotland, run from a head office at Throsk near Stirling. A directory puts it at 42 branches. Alongside NHS dispensing and private services such as vaccinations and B12 injections, the group offers a medical cannabis referral service. Every branch is registered separately with the General Pharmaceutical Council; the Polbeth branch in West Lothian, for example, is premises 9011044 and met the standards at its 2019 inspection, which predates the cannabis service.

- Ask at a branch or contact Sapphire Medical directly to check eligibility.
- Have a video consultation with a specialist from Sapphire Medical, a clinic registered with Healthcare Improvement Scotland.
- If treatment is approved, the prescription is sent to the Right Medicine branch you nominate and you collect it there.
The page lists areas such as chronic pain, psychiatric, neurological and gastrointestinal conditions, while stating that eligibility is decided case by case. No consultation or medicine prices are published; the group only says UK-manufactured products have made treatment cheaper.
